Richard Berkshire has more than 28 years of experience as a general superintendent, project manager, and estimator in the construction field.  He has managed millions of dollars of industrial and commercial construction work in Arkansas and surrounding states.

Michael Berkshire is the commercial division contact of RIC, Inc. During the last 12 years, Michael has worked in the construction industry in various capacities. Michael oversees all commercial projects for RIC. Michael has successfully managed numerous projects such as tenant finish outs, office buildings, retail stores, etc.

Michael is a graduate of University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. He then worked for CDI as a Project Administrator and Van Tassel-Proctor as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager.
